MY FIRST STEPS IN MY JOURNEY AS A JOURNALIST

It was 15 October 2021, I was not even the student in Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) on that time. I felt like it was my first step because I went to write a selection and do a personal interview that were going to determine whether I will enrol in the institution or not. I came all the way from Eastern Cape (Port St Johns) for that interview because I knew that for me to go to the second step I have to pass the first one.

The second step in my journey was the day when I was successfully registered as a student in TUT. I  went to the campus with my luggage and found a residence inside the campus, I was very happy about that because I knew that I will be able to get access to the libraries, study centres and, auditoriums whenever I want because they operate 24/7.  After few weeks I realised that the more you study and do journalism is the more you develop more passion and get more inspiration as well. It does not only teach you about your career but it also teach you about how to be a good human.
