ANDILE NGIDI AKA SPACE ANDZA BRINGS BACK VIBES IN SOSHANGUVE

The talent show that was held in Soshanguve South brought joy in the community. People attended in masses to witness different talents that the community has. Local artists and dancers attended the show with the intention to showcase their talents. People and students from neighboring schools and communities attended to witness and grace the talents of their friends and schoolmates.

“I was very happy to see that there is a variety of talents in our Community, even if it is known as the hot-spot of crimes and drugs but at least there is something good people can say about it. I hope that one day these talents will suppress all the negativity around our community,” said Mbongeni Nxumalo who attended the event.

The dancers and artists who performed on the show were happy about the attendance number because it was more than what they expected. Mbulelo Ntuli who is the music artist explained that the number of people who attended surprised him because it was three times bigger than what he expected and he is encouraged to continue to pursue his dream.

The purpose of this show was to entertain the youth of Soshanguve and help them to distress especially those who are currently in matric as they are heading to their 2023 trial examination. It was to also give the community something positive to talk about as it known that lately people have been complaining about the power and water crisis.Andile Ngidi who is a well-known dancer and the event organizer expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the people who attended the show.

Andile Ngidi, a 21-year old well-known dancer said, “I have organised many shows and danced in many places but I have never been this happy before. People surprised me in a good way because they attended in numbers and supported all the performers and dancers.”

This event was beyond successful, joy was written all over the faces of people who attended. It gave the community something positive to talk about and restored the hopes of other artists and dancers who were ready to give up on their dreams of becoming stars. It is believed that with many events like this  crime and drug use can come to an end because they will keep the youth busy and encouraged to better in their lives.
